Vanilla Pots De Crème Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
2 cups boiling water
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs, well beaten
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium-size bowl, mix together milk, water, and honey.
Stir in vanilla.
Pour a little of the mixture into eggs.
Return to bowl, and blend.
Spoon mixture into 6 ovenproof cups.
Place a shallow pan on middle shelf of oven.
Arrange filled cups in pan.
Then pour water into pan so that it comes half way up sides of cups.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until just set.
