Vanilla Parfait Recipe

Ingredients
1 egg, separated
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy
Directions
Beat egg white until stiff.
Whip cream until stiff.
Beat egg yolk with sugar until fluffy.
Fold all ingredients together.
Pile into mold or refrigerator tray.
Freeze until firm (4 or 5 hr. or overnight).
