Vanilla Icing Recipe
Ingredients
2 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup instant nonfat dry milk
Directions
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar in a medium-size bowl until frothy.
Beat in honey and vanilla.
Gradually beat in dry milk.
If icing is not firm enough, add more nonfat dry milk.
Beat in honey and vanilla.
