Vanilla Icing Recipe

Ingredients
3 eggs whites
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) icing sugar, sifted
1/4 tsp (1 ml) vanilla extract
2 tbsp (30 ml) orange juice
Directions
– Blend and beat all the ingredients until the icing is firm.
– If the icing isn't firm enough, add 3 tbsp (45 ml) icing sugar.
