Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream, 500 gms (2 cups) | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk, 2 1/2 cups | ||
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Custard powder, 3 to 4 tablespoons | ||
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a bowl, mix custard powder and sugar.
Add a little milk and make custard paste.
Put rest of the milk on fire.
When it comes to a boil, lower heat and add custard stirring all the time.
Add butter and continue stirring for half a minute.
Remove from fire.
Add salt.
Place pan in a basin of cold water to cool the custard.
Beat cream and mix with custard sauce.
Add vanilla.
Beat again.
Fill the ice-cream freezer with the above mixture and make ice-cream.
