Vanilla Ice-Cream Recipe
Ingredients
| Whole egg | 1 | |
| Egg yolks | 5 | |
| Milk | 600 Milliliter | |
| Castor sugar 4 tbsp. | ||
| Vanilla essence a few drops | ||
| Thick cream | 300 Milliliter | |
Directions
1. Make the eggs and milk into a custard, add sugar and vanilla.
2. Beat the cream stiffly.
3. When cold, partly freeze the custard and then mix in cream and continue to freeze until the right consistency is reached.
