Vanilla Ice Cream For Kids Recipe

| Quarts | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
Beat the eggs until light and fluffy and add sugar gradually, beating well after each 1/4 cup addition.
When the mixture becomes stiff and difficult to beat, add milk, cream, vanilla, and salt and mix thoroughly before pouring into a gallon freezer.
Freeze acording to directions.
Makes 1 gallon.
