Vanilla Crepes with Whipped White Chocolate Strawberry Mousse Recipe Video

Ingredients
For crepes
Instant powdered milk-1 ¾ cups
Vanilla-2 tablespoons
Sugar-1 tablespoon
Butter-1 cup, melted
Salt-1 teaspoon
Thrive eggs mixture- 6 tablespoons water +3 tablespoons egg powder
Flour-1 ½ cups
For white chocolate strawberry mousse
Heavy cream-1/4 cup
White chocolate-6 ounces
Thrive strawberry- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon, rehydrated
Sugar-3 tablespoons
Whipped cream-1 ½ cup
Directions
MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, add instant milk, vanilla, sugar, butter, salt, egg mixture and whisk them together.
2) Add flour and mix until the ribbon stage. Keep aside.
3) Take a small saucepan and add heavy cream, white chocolate and melt it at low-medium heat. Turn off heat.
4) In a bowl, whisk strawberry with sugar until sugar dissolves.
5) Add 2 tablespoons of this into white chocolate and incorporate it. Let it cool.
6) To make crepes, heat a non-stick pan and pour ¼ cup of the batter into it.
7) Let it cook for 2 minutes and turn the side and cook for 2 more minutes.
8) Whip the cream until soft peak stage and then pour chocolate mixture and mix carefully.
SERVING
9) Fold crepes and plate them, and spoon strawberry sauce and whipped cream white chocolate mousse on top. Serve.
