Vanilla Cranberry Blondies Recipe
Ingredients
| Packed brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 6 Tablespoon, softened | |
| Egg | 1 Large | |
| Vanilla extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, | ||
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Dried cranberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sweetened | |
| 1/3 cup vanilla-flavored milk, chips, | ||
| Cooking spray, | ||
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Beat sugar and butter with a mixer at medium speed until well blended (about 2 minutes). Add egg and vanilla, beating well.
3. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, level with a knife. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt, stir well. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture, beat at low speed just until blended. Stir in cranberries and milk chips.
4. Spread batter evenly into a 8-inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 33 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.
