Ingredients
| Light rum | 2 1/4 Ounce | |
| Dark rum | 3/4 Ounce | |
| Pineapple juice | 1 Ounce | |
| Sugar syrup - a dash | ||
| Shaved ice - as required | ||

MAKING
1. In an electric blender, add all the ingredients and blend till smooth
2. Add to a champagne glass

3. Float a Vanda orchid on top and serve
