Valsad Dahi Ni Kadhi Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 ltr sour curds, beaten till smooth | ||
| Curry leaves strip | 3 | |
| Plums | 1 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| Cumin seeds | 1 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| 1 tbsp rice flour, slaked in 2 tbsp water | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ghee | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 (Chop:) | |
| 10 or more green chillies seeded | ||
| Coriander leaves | 2 Tablespoon (Chop:) | |
| 2 pods garlic | ||
Directions
Heat ghee in a pan and fry onions lightly.
Add remaining ingredients except curds and rice flour and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add rice flour and two cups water and bring to boil, stirring continuously.
Lower heat, add curds and warm through.
Do not leave kudhi on the fire for too long.
Serve hot with rice and papads.
