cream cheese -400 grams
sugar (castor)=400 grams
hung curd- 600 grams
geletin - 45 grams
vanilla essence -10 grams
whipped cream - 1200 grams
Directions
cream cheese,sugar and curd toghether till smooth. add melted geletin and vanilla . lastly fold in the whipped cream.
line a tray wth plastic sheeet on base and on side.place a thin layer of plain vanilla sponge and pour the mixture on sponge.let it set in fridge.
top it wth choice of flavour and serve.
