Water - 1 cup
 
Almond milk - 1 cup (or any other milk)
 
Frozen banana - 1
 
Frozen berries - 1/2 cup
 
Neo Cell protein powder - 1 scoop
 
Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
 
For Yogurt covered strawberries:
 
Strawberries
 
Non Fat Choabin

Directions

MAKING
1) Making protein smoothie : take all the ingredients in a blender and blend them and pour them into a glass.
2) Making yogurt covered strawberries: dip the strawberries in non fat choabin and put them on a baking sheet. Keep them in the freezer for 45 minutes.
3) Cut the strawberries into half and pour organic blue agave.

SERVING
4) Serve these wonderful Valentine's sweets.
