8 egg yolks
 
1/2 cup of sugar
 
Morzella wine

Directions

Whisk the egg yolks and sugar up for 3-5 mins.
Once it is fluffy and voluminous place it in a double boiler and continue to whisk.
Never allow the hot water to touch the top bowl only allow the steam.
Add a little bit morsella wine while whisking.
Take ramekins and fill each ramekin with the mixture.
Place in the oven and bake in the oven at a temperature of 350-375 degrees for 4-5 minutes.
This makes an interesting Italian zabaglione.
Some of it can be put in custard cups and chilled.
Sprinkle some sugar and blow torch it if you want to make something like creme brulee.
You can even put a godiva chocolate liqueur or any liqueur into it.
