Ingredients

 Urad dal/Maash daal1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion1⁄4 , finely chopped
 Ginger piece1 Inch, chopped
 Chicken stock cube1⁄2
 Dried chilies2
 Curry leaves1⁄2
 Jeera1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Green chili slices1 Tablespoon
 Mint1 Teaspoon
 Red chili2
 Coriander1 Tablespoon
 Onion1 , finely sliced
 Curry leaves1⁄2

Directions

Soak dal in water. Add onions, ginger, oil, chicken stock, dried chilis and curry leaves.
Cover it with a plastic wrap and microwave it for 15 minutes.
Open the wrap and mix the dal. Mcrowave it for 3 more minutes.
Adjust salt and transfer into serving dish.
For final baghar heat oil, add cumin, onion, curry leaves, red chili and then the remaining ingredients.
Spread it over the daal. Serve hot.
