Upside Down Peach Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
| Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peaches | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Brown sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | ||
Directions
Mix together flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder & salt; blend in milk.
Pour and spread into a greased bake pan or dish.
Top with peaches.
Add enough water to peach juice to make 1 1/2 cups, add brown sugar & margarine.
Heat until sugar is dissolved & margarine is melted; pour over peaches.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
