Upside Down Meat Loaf Recipe

| Ham | 1/4 Pound | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Thyme | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Onions | 2 , finely chopped | |
| 1 can vegetable soup | ||
| Maple syrup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bread crumbs | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Arrange the apricots and prunes in a checkerboard pattern in a greased loaf pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and pack in the loaf pan on top of fruits.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
