Upside Down Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Firmly packed brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Fruit | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Quick mix | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 |
Directions
Melt butter in a 9-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar over butter.
Drain fruit, reserving liquid.
Spread fruit over sugar.
Add water to juice to equal 1 cup.
Combine Quick Mix, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, egg, and juice in a large bowl; beat until smooth.
Pour batter over fruit and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Invert onto serving dish.
