Upper Canada Pumpkin Soup Recipe

| Onion | 50 Milliliter, finley chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 30 Milliliter | |
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Canned pumpkin | 250 Milliliter, mashed | |
| 1 soup can milk | ||
| Generous dash ground nutmeg | ||
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat; stir occasionally.
