 Butter1 Ounce
 Single cream4 Tablespoon
 Eggs8 Small, beaten
 Parmesan cheese4 Tablespoon (Leveled), grated
 Basil1 Teaspoon (Leveled), finely chopped
 Parsley2 Teaspoon (Leveled), finely chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Heat the butter and cream in a saucepan.
Add the eggs, salt and pepper to taste and 2 tablespoons (2 1/2) of the cheese.
Scramble over a low heat until the eggs are just set.
Transfer to a warm dish.
Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and basil or parsley.
