Uova Strapazzate Al Formaggio Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1 Ounce | |
| Single cream | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Eggs | 8 Small, beaten | |
| Parmesan cheese | 4 Tablespoon (Leveled), grated | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled), finely chopped | |
| Parsley | 2 Teaspoon (Leveled), finely chopped | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Heat the butter and cream in a saucepan.
Add the eggs, salt and pepper to taste and 2 tablespoons (2 1/2) of the cheese.
Scramble over a low heat until the eggs are just set.
Transfer to a warm dish.
Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and basil or parsley.
