Unstuffed Green Peppers With Rice Recipe Video

|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|

1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2)Spray 2 qt casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
3)In large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef. Drain off excess grease.
4)Remove skillet from heat and add next 8 ingredients and stir well.
5)Pour into prepared casserole dish.
6)Cover and bake for 1 hour.
7)Remove from oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
8)Serve the rice with your favorite choice of sides and enjoy!
