2 egg whites
3/4 c sugar

1/2 tsp cream of tarter
1 package of chocolate chips

1. Beat the egg whites until fluffy.
2. Add salt and cream of tarter. Beat again.
3. Add sugar and continue beating.
4. Add vanilla and stir the mixture.
5. Now, add chocolate chips.
6. Spoon the mixture on cookie sheet.
7. Preheat oven at 350 F and turn off the before before placing the cookies.
8. Leave the cookies in the oven for 1 hours 45 minutes to 2 hours.
