 Currants1 Pound
 Raisins1 Pound
 Salt1 Teaspoon

Directions

Clean the rhubarb and cut into short lengths.
Clean and stone the raisins and clean the currants.
Put all through a mincer.
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
No cooking is required.
