Uncooked Pickles Recipe
Ingredients
2 medium heads of cabbage
4 red peppers
12 medium onions
8 medium carrots
4 green peppers
1/2 cup salt
3 pts. vinegar
6 cups sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
Directions
Press vegetables through a food chopper.
Add salt and let stand 2 hours.
Drain and add following: Do not cook.
Bottle.
