Uncooked Fondant Recipe
Ingredients
1 egg white
1 1/2 teaspoons water
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups icing sugar
Directions
Beat egg white, water and vanilla in bowl until well blended; add sugar gradually, beating until mixture is very stiff.
Knead with hands until smooth.
Wrap in waxed paper, and store in refrigerator.
