Uncooked Cranberry Jam Recipe
If you thought jams needed a lot of time and effort and was just not possible, here's help. This easy and simple uncooked cranberry jam makes it possible for you to combine your favorite fruits and now make jam right at home. Try it and do let me know how it turned out for you

Ingredients
| Cranberries | 1 Pound | |
| Powdered pectin packet | 1 | |
| Sugar | 4 Cup (64 tbs) |
Directions
Chop cranberries fine; add enough water to measure 2 cups liquid, if necessary.
Combine cranberries with sugar; let stand for 30 minutes.
Stir pectin into 1 cup water.
Bring to a boil; boil rapidly for 1 minute.
Remove from heat.
Add cranberry mixture; stir for 2 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jelly glasses; cover.
Let stand at room temperature overnight or until jelled.
Seal.
Store in refrigerator or freezer.
