Uncooked Yogurt Gazpacho Recipe

4 tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
 
1 tablespoon seeded, chopped hot green chilies, fresh or canned, or to taste
 
1 onion, finely chopped
 
1/4 cup chopped parsley
 
Salt
 
3 cups plain yogurt
 
Radish or cucumber slices
 
Watercress sprigs

Directions

1. Combine the tomatoes, chilies, onion, parsley, and salt to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
2. Stir in the yogurt. Garnish each serving with radish or cucumber slices and a sprig of watercress.
