Uncooked Tomato Relish Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatoes | 2 Quart, chopped | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Mustard seed | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup mild cider vinegar | ||
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
Pour into sterile jars, cover and refrigerate.
Use within two or three weeks.
