Uncooked Fudge Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 1-oz. squares unsweetened chocolate | ||
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Confectioner’s sugar | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg white | 1 | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 16 large marshmallows, cut up | ||
| Nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add melted chocolate, egg white, and vanilla, mixing well.
Fold in cut-up marshmallows and nuts.
Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper.
Refrigerate.
