Uncle Ben's Wild Rice and Herb Salad with Toasted Pecans Recipe

| Pecans | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |

| Parsley - ¾ cup, chopped | ||
| Celery - 6 ribs, finely diced | ||
| Thyme | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Marjoram | 1 Tablespoon, dried | |
| Olive oil | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Make rice according to the package directions and chill.
2. Arrange pecans on baking sheet and toast it at 325°F 15 minutes.
3. In a bowl and combine all ingredients except pecans and blend well.
