Umeboshi Hot Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 onion, diced (for milder flavor, saute lightly)
7 umeboshi plums, pitted
3 tablespoons unrefined corn germ oil
1 tablespoon water
Directions
Blend all the ingredients together.
Great for tacos or as a dip for raw vegetables such as cucumbers, carrots, or celery.
Pickled, salted plums.
