Ingredients

 
3 eggs
 
1 1/2 cup milk
 
1/2 tsp. Flour
 
1 Tbsp. sugar
 
1/2 tsp. salt
 
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions

Beat eggs slightly.
Stir in 1/3 cup milk.
Sift flour, sugar and salt and add to the egg mixture.
Use a wire whip and mix until smooth.
Stir in remaining milk.
Let stand 1 hour.
Stir in butter.
Pour into buttered 13x9 inch pan.
Bake in moderate 350° oven for 40-45 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve at once
