1/2 english cucumber, shredded
1 Tbs fresh chopped dill
1 clove chopped garlic
juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbs white wine vinegar
1 Tbs olive oil
7 oz greek drained yogurt
1 Tbs shredded white onion
salt and pepper
Directions
let shredded cucumber sit in a strainer over a bowl for 1/2 - 4 hours to drain (salt lightly first)
combine lemon juice, oil, vinegar, dill and salt and pepper. Whisk to combine, add yogurt, onion and drained cucumber
chill for flavors to marry serve at room temp.

Try Fage Yogourt even the 0% fat is awesome real Greek yogurt imported from Greece. It is an award winning EU sustaniuable dairy. Even Trader Joe's carries it for a much better price.
Be sure to drizzle with Greek or other EVOO. Serve with toasted pita bread. YUMMMMMM
