Tyropitakia Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Provolone cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 1 slightly beaten egg | ||
Directions
Combine flour and cheese; cut in butter.
Stir in milk and mix well.
Divide dough into 24 pieces.
Roll each piece into a 5-inch strip.
Shape strips into wreaths on un-greased cookie sheet.
Brush tops of pastries with the slightly beaten egg.
Bake in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or till lightly brown.
Serve with fresh fruit.
