Tyrolean Cabbage Recipe
Ingredients
| Shredded cabbage | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bacon fat | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , minced | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Melt the bacon fat in a large frying pan, add the cabbage and the onion.
Cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring often.
Season.
Place in a buttered baking dish, pour the sour cream over, bake 25 minutes in a 350°F (180°C) oven.
