Two Faced Hamburgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| 1/2 cup extra hot catsup | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| French bread loaf | 1 | |
| Prepared mustard and mayonnaise | ||
Directions
Mix meat, catsup, and salt.
Cut the bread in 3/4 to 1 inch slices.
Spread both sides of each slice with prepared mustard, then with mayonnaise, and last with generous amount of meat mixture (on each "face" of bread).
Broil in wire broiler over hot coals; turn once.
