Two Cheese Luncheon Salad Recipe
Ingredients

| 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, cut into 1/4 inch cubes | ||

| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |

| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain, rinse, and chill.
Combine macaroni, celery, apples, salt, and Swiss cheese; set aside.
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, and honey; combine with macaroni mixture.
