Two-Alarm Chili Recipe

 Coarsely ground beef3 Pound
 Canned tomato sauce15 Ounce (1 Can, 15 Ounces)
 Liquid red pepper1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
 Chili powder3 1⁄2 Tablespoon
 Oregano1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Cumin seeds/Comino powder1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Onions2 , chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (10 gm)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Cayenne pepper1 Teaspoon
 Paprika1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
 Red peppers13
 Chili pods4 Medium
 Flour2 1⁄2 Tablespoon


Sear meat in large pot or skillet until gray.
Add tomato sauce and enough water to cover; stir.
Add liquid red pepper and chili powder; stir.
Add oregano, comino seed, onions, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper and paprika; stir.
Add red peppers and chili pods.
Simmer for 1 hour and 45 minutes, stirring at intervals.
About 30 minutes before end of cooking time, skim off grease; add flour paste.
Taste for salt seasoning.
This chili is hot, but the flavor is more than worth it.
