Two Colour Chocolate Crisps Recipe
Ingredients
| 10 oz/300 g plain chocolate | ||
| 10 oz/300 g white chocolate | ||
| 6 oz/175 g unsalted crisps | ||
Directions
Break the plain chocolate and white chocolate into two separate bowls.
Place each bowl over a saucepan of hot water, ensuring the water does not touch the base of the bowl.
Heat until the chocolate has melted.
Using tongs, dip crisps into the chocolate, coating well.
Place on vegetable parchment paper until set.
