Two Cheese Pesto Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves, crushed or 3 tablespoons fresh minced basil
1/2 cup (2 ounces) SARGENTO® Preferred Light Fancy Supreme Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 tablespoons SARGENTO® Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Garnish with whole walnuts, if desired.
