Two Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Salt
1/2 pound wax beans, trimmed
1/2 pound green beans, trimmed
1 medium lemon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
3 tablespoons minced fresh mint leaves
Directions
In 12 inch skillet, heat I inch water and 1 teaspoon salt to boiling over high heat.
Add beans and cook 8 to 10 minutes, until tender crisp.
Meanwhile, from lemon, grate 1/2 teaspoon peel and squeeze 2 teaspoons juice.
Drain beans; transfer to bowl.
Stir in olive oil, pepper, coriander, and 14 teaspoon salt.
Cool slightly.
Just before serving, stir in mint, lemon peel and lemon juice.
