Twin Roast Chickens Recipe

Ingredients
2- 2 1/2 to 3 pound broiler-fryer chickens
1 package (8-ounces) prepared stuffing mix
2 tablespoons melted butter
8 canned peach halves
Pickle relish
Directions
Prepare chickens for roasting.
Prepare stuffing accord- ing to package directions.
Stuff and truss chickens.
Place chickens on rack in shallow open roasting pan; brush with melted butter.
Roast in a moderate oven (375°F) 30 min- utes per pound.
Last 20 minutes of roasting, place drained peaches, cut side down around chicken.
Place chickens on a heated serving platter; garnish with peach halves.
Pill cen- ters with pickle relish.
