Ingredients

 2 frozen ready-to-cook ducklings (about 4 1/4 pounds each), thawed
 Water6 Cup (16 tbs)
 Handfull of celery tops
 Onion1 Small, sliced
 Peppercorns4
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (For the Orange-spice Barbecue Sauce)
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon (For the Orange-spice Barbecue Sauce)
 Ground allspice1/2 Teaspoon (For the Orange-spice Barbecue Sauce)
 Ground cloves1/2 Teaspoon (For the Orange-spice Barbecue Sauce)
 Orange juice1 Cup (16 tbs) (For the Orange-spice Barbecue Sauce)
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon (For the Orange-spice Barbecue Sauce)
 Butter/Margarine4 Tablespoon (For the Orange-spice Barbecue Sauce)

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Prick the skin of ducklings all over.
2.Take a large kettle, put the duckling sin it along with celery tops, onion and peppercorns and cook for 2 hours.
3.Once done, take the ducks out and drain.

MAKING
4.Take a small saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, allspice and cloves in it and cook by stirring until the mixture boils for 3 minutes.
5.Add butter or margarine.
6.Arrange the ducks on the grill in a way that they are 10 inches above coals.
7.Apply the orange spice barbequed sauce prepared and grill.
8.Apply the sauce in between and grill for 1 1/2 hours.

SERVING
9.Slice the ducklings in quarter and serve with dips.
