| Skim milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
You will bless this quick-and-easy way to use leftover turkey after any holiday.
Delicious served over rice, open hamburger rolls, or toast.
In medium skillet gently saute turkey, mushrooms, and onion in oil until onion is transparent.
Mix cornstarch with chicken stock, add to skillet.
Add salt, curry powder, chopped apple, and parsley.
Add skim milk last. (If diet is no problem, use whole milk or cream.)
Stir as you simmer for 3 minutes.
The apples will be crisp and tender.
