Twice Baked Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients

| Butter or margarine | ||
| 2 to 3 tablespoons hot milk or cream | ||
| 2 tablespoons raw wheat germ | ||
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Paprika | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Butter skins of potatoes and puncture each a few times with a fork; bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until tender.
Slice each potato lengthwise; scoop out pulp into a medium-size bowl; mash.
Stir in 3 to 4 tablespoons butter, hot milk, and wheat germ.
Taste and season if needed.
Beat until mixture is smooth; spoon back into potato cases.
Top with the grated cheese, sprinkle with paprika.
Cover with foil and bake for about 10 minutes or until piping hot and cheese is thoroughly melted.
