Twenty Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup finely grated bread crumbs
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon roughly chopped parsley
Pinch of fresh oregano
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
2 cups Tomato Sauce
Directions
Put all ingredients except sauce into a mixing bowl.
Combine and mix well.
Wet hands with cold water.
Form mixture into walnut-size balls.
Drop them into the tomato sauce.
Cook, covered, 25-30 minutes.
