1 head cabbage
 
1/2 cup sugar
 
1 onion, chopped
 
1 green pepper, chopped
 
1/2 cup stuffed olives, sliced
 
3/4 cup vinegar
 
1 teaspoon salt
 
1 teaspoon celery seed
 
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
 
1/2 cup salad oil

Directions

Shred cabbage into large salad bowl.
Add sugar, onion, green pepper and olives.
Combine vinegar, salt, celery seed, pepper, mustard and salad oil in a saucepan.
Boil 3 minutes and pour hot over cabbage mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
