Ingredients

 3/4 pound Italian sausage, cut into 1-inch slices, casings removed
 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 1 1/2 cups thin red and green bell pepper strips
 Chicken broth1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 1 1/2 cups Rice In An Instant
 Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoon, grated

Directions

Cook sausage with onion and garlic in 10-inch skillet until sausage is cooked through.
Pour off all but 1 tablespoon drippings.
Add pepper strips, broth and salt.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice; cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
Sprinkle with cheese
