Ingredients

 White kidney beans1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed
 Basil leaves1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Capers3 Tablespoon, chopped
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Olive oil2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 1 can tuna packed in water, drained
 Watercress1 Bunch (100gm), trimmed
 1 round or square focaccia bread, cut horizontally in half
 Ripe tomatoes2 , thinly sliced

Directions

In large bowl, mash 1 cup kidney beans.
Stir in basil, capers, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add tuna, watercress, and remaining beans; toss well.
Spoon tuna mixture on bottom of focaccia; top with tomato slices.
Replace top of focaccia.
