Turtle Ragout Recipe
Ingredients

| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Bay leaf | 1 | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Turtle meat- 2 pounds, diced | ||
| Sherry | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1.In a pan, cook onion in butter and blend in flour
2.Then add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes
SERVING
3.Serve with salads
